Pearl Millet

Pearl millet is a grain that has been domesticated for more than 4,000 years. It is rich in essential nutrients like protein, fibre, phosphorous, magnesium and iron. It contains  amino acids and vitamins. Millet can be used as is, cooked in replacement of rice, tossed in salad, and processed or blended into a powder and used a porridge or made into a drink.
