Flourless Baobab Banana Muffin

Flourless Baobab Banana Muffin

INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana (3)
  • Baobab (1 tbspn)
  • Sunflower or Amond Butter (2 tbspn)
  • Adda Blooms Baobab Fudge Bites (1/4 cup)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 F (180C)
  2. In a bowl, use a fork to mash up three ripe banana
  3. Add a tablespoons of baobab, add two tablespoons of seed or nut butter
  4. Add a 1/4 cup of baobab fudge bites to the bowl of batter and mix well
  5. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin
  6. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Let the muffins cool and enjoy!
