Banana Dates Smoothie
This is a rich thick creamy beverage that will leave you feeling full and energetic. An amazing cup of nutrient dense beverages with vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, prebiotics (which aids in digestion & feeds your many good microbes), a good source of many minerals and vitamins. You can add this beverage to oatmeal to an oatmeal, or any porridge for breakfast, or just drink it on its own!
